These Terms of Use govern your use of the Rose Co. Coaching website and client portal. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you buy a coaching package or join the Founding Circle, the agreement you sign for that program also applies; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins.
You must be 18 or older and able to agree to these terms. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
Rose Co. provides life coaching. Coaching is not therapy, counselling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions. Workbooks, guides, videos and other resources are provided for general information only.
Rose is an AI tool that offers reflection prompts and support between sessions. Its replies may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional advice. Do not rely on Rose in an emergency — in the U.S., call or text 988, or text HOME to 741741.
Sessions are booked through the portal. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours, or missed, count as used. Full details are in your coaching agreement.
Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Memberships renew automatically each month until cancelled. Installment plans are a commitment to pay all installments. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled as described in your coaching agreement.
Please don't misuse the site — for example, by accessing other people's accounts or information, interfering with the site's operation, uploading harmful content, or using the site for anything unlawful. Treat coaches and other members with respect.
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Coaches who upload resources confirm they have the right to share them.
The Rose Co. name, logo, workbooks, guides, videos and site design belong to Rose Co. or its licensors. You may use them for your personal coaching journey but may not copy, sell or redistribute them.
You can stop using Rose Co. at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as ownership and limits on liability) survive.
The site and resources are provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Rose Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or on the site. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
