For Rose Co. Coaches

The Rose Co.
Code of Care

How we hold our women, hold each other, and hold the line — across every session, every message, every workbook, every threshold.

Version 1.1 Effective 2026 Review Annually
“

If you're reading this, it means we've decided to work together — and I'm so glad. Before we open the door to a single woman's story, I want to put words to what we promise her.

This isn't a contract written by a lawyer. It's the way we've chosen to show up. Read it slowly. Sign it only if every line feels true.

— Natalee & the Rose Co. team
Section 01 · The Rose Co. Values

What we believe, in five words.

These are not slogans. They are decisions. When you don't know what to do in a session, return to these — they will tell you.

I.

Empower

Our Mission

To empower every adult woman, at every stage of life, to reset, realign, and rise — holistically. We don't fix women. We hand them back to themselves.

II.

Trust

Our Vision

To become the world's most trusted whole-woman coaching platform for women in every season of life. Trust is built one session, one promise kept, one boundary held.

III.

Transformation

Our Promise

Every woman who comes to Rose Co. leaves more herself than when she arrived. Not a different woman — a more recognisable one.

IV.

Belonging

Our Feeling

Safe, seen, supported — and quietly powerful. If a woman doesn't feel this in her first ten minutes with us, we have failed her, regardless of outcome.

V.

Courage

Our Belief

Becoming is not a weakness — it's the bravest thing a woman can do. We will never treat a woman in transition as broken, behind, or in need of saving. We treat her as the most awake person in the room.

And how we hold ourselves, as coaches:

Warm
not cold
Honest
not harsh
Grounded
not reactive
Empowering
not rescuing
Sophisticated
not exclusive
Section 02 · The Coach's Commitments

The ten promises we make her.

In every session, every voice note, every message between sessions — these hold.

i.

I will keep her in the centre of the room.

The session is for her, not for me. I will not bring my own urgency, my own opinions of her choices, or my own unfinished work into the chair. If I notice it happening, I'll name it — and route it back to her.

ii.

I will hold confidentiality, fiercely.

Nothing she tells me leaves the room except as required to protect her safety or by law. I will not discuss her by name among our coaches, in marketing, or with anyone in her life. Anonymised case learning happens in the designated, locked Rose Co. casework rooms only.

iii.

I will name what I see — kindly, and without flinching.

If I see a pattern, a contradiction, a place she's avoiding — I will tell her. Honest is one of our five traits because the absence of it is the most expensive failure a coach can have.

iv.

I will hold space without enabling.

I will not collude with her smaller story. I will not co-sign avoidance dressed up as self-care. I will hold her capacity higher than her current behaviour, every time.

v.

I will stay inside my scope.

I will coach. I will not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or attempt to do therapy. The list in Section 03 is not optional reading — it is the floor of my practice with Rose Co.

vi.

I will refer out — early, and without ego.

If a client needs licensed care, I will say so directly, warmly, and without making it a failure. I will use Rose Co.'s referral pathway, document the conversation, and continue coaching only where appropriate.

vii.

I will keep my own work going.

I will be in supervision, peer pod, or my own coaching/therapy on a regular cadence. I cannot hold a woman in a place I have not been willing to stand in myself.

viii.

I will be on time, prepared, and present.

I will read her last journal, last symptom log, last note before her session. I will start on time and end on time. I will not check my phone. The 50 minutes are sacred.

ix.

I will hold dual relationships at zero.

I will never enter a romantic or sexual relationship with a current or former client. While I am coaching her, I will not enter any financial or business-partnership relationship with her, and I will not coach close friends, family, or anyone with whom I cannot keep a clean professional frame. Any other kind of relationship with a former client (such as friendship or business) may begin only after twelve months have passed since our work ended, and only after I disclose it in writing to Rose Co. leadership at hello@rosecocoaching.com.

x.

I will leave her more herself.

This is the brand promise, and it is mine. If a season of work hasn't done that, I will say so, and we will end well — with referral, with reflection, with grace.

Section 03 · Scope of Practice

What coaching at Rose Co. is — and isn't.

Rose Co. coaches are not licensed therapists, psychiatrists, physicians, registered dietitians, attorneys, or financial advisors. We are coaches — and we are deliberate about what that means.

Inside our practice We do

  • Hold space for clarity, identity, transition, and life-design questions
  • Set and review goals, habits, and non-negotiables
  • Offer movement assignments from Rose Co.'s movement library
  • Offer general nourishment frameworks & food-mood reflection
  • Use somatic awareness, breath, and parts-language as coaching tools
  • Support behaviour change, accountability, communication practice
  • Reflect what we observe in journals, symptom logs, and conversation
  • Refer in and refer out, generously

Outside our practice We don't

  • Diagnose mental-health, medical, or neurodevelopmental conditions
  • Treat trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, addiction, or active mental-health crises
  • Provide psychotherapy, EMDR, IFS therapy, or any clinical modality
  • Prescribe, adjust, or advise on medication, supplements, or hormones
  • Write personalized meal plans for medical conditions or pregnancy
  • Provide programmed strength, rehab, or pre/post-natal physical training
  • Provide legal, tax, investment, or regulated financial advice
  • Work with anyone under 18, or with court-ordered/coerced clients
When in doubt — refer in.

If a client presents with active suicidal ideation, an eating disorder, untreated trauma, an active substance issue, severe mood disturbance, a medical condition outside coaching scope, or a legal/financial situation requiring a regulated professional — pause coaching, refer to the Rose Co. clinical referral list, and notify the Rose Co. care team within 24 hours. We will support you. No coach is ever alone with a hard call.

Section 04 · Safeguarding & Crisis

When the room changes.

Most sessions are everyday work. A few are not. Here is exactly what we do when the floor shifts.

In session
Stay grounded. Stay with her.

Slow your voice. Drop your shoulders. Ask if she's safe right now — directly, without euphemism. Don't problem-solve. Don't promise confidentiality you can't keep.

In the moment
Connect her to care.

If she is at risk: stay on the line, give her the relevant crisis line, encourage her to contact her GP, therapist, or a trusted person, and — with consent where possible — help her get there.

After
Tell us. Document. Rest.

Notify the Rose Co. care team within 24 hours via the safeguarding form. Document factually, briefly, in her file. Take the rest of your day. We will follow up with you and with her.

Crisis lines we share with clients:   United States & Canada: 988 (call or text) · United Kingdom: Samaritans 116 123, free, 24/7 · International: findahelpline.com.
For any urgent medical or mental-health emergency, advise the client to contact their local emergency number (US 911 / UK 999) or attend an emergency department.
Section 05 · Jurisdiction & Regulation

Where we work, and the law that holds us.

Rose Co. is a US-based platform. We welcome coaches based in the United States and the United Kingdom. Wherever you sit, the floor is the same: don't practise outside your license, don't practise outside your training, and follow the law of the jurisdiction in which the client receives the service.

United States · coaches & clients
Coaching is unregulated — but adjacent practices are not.

You will not present yourself as a licensed therapist, counsellor, social worker, dietitian, nutritionist (in states where the title is restricted), physician, attorney, or financial advisor unless you hold the relevant active US license and disclose it on your Rose Co. profile.

You acknowledge that several US states regulate "nutrition advice" and that you will keep your nourishment work strictly in general, educational, non-medical territory.

United Kingdom · coaches
Same floor, with UK regulators in mind.

You will not represent yourself as a registered medical, psychological, dietetic, legal, or FCA-authorised professional unless you hold the relevant UK registration and have disclosed it. You will follow UK GDPR for client data handled in the UK and will not provide financial advice that falls under FCA scope.

UK-based coaches working with US-based clients agree that the client's US state law applies to the service delivered.

Section 06 · Data, Money & Conduct

The quieter promises.

Less poetic, equally non-negotiable.

i.

Client data is hers, not yours.

Journal entries, symptom logs, photos, voice notes — all belong to the client. You will access them only inside Rose Co. systems, only to support her work, and you will not export, screenshot, or share them. Records are retained for 7 years post-engagement and then deleted, per Rose Co. data policy.

ii.

Money is clean and visible.

All client engagements are billed through Rose Co. No side-channel payments, no off-platform sessions, no upsells of unrelated products or programmes during an active engagement. Coach earnings, splits, and tier movement are shown in your portal in plain numbers.

iii.

Marketing is honest.

You will not use a client's name, image, voice, or story in your marketing without explicit, written, revocable consent. You will not promise outcomes Rose Co. cannot guarantee. You will not use the words "cure," "treat," "diagnose," or "heal" in clinical senses.

iv.

You hold your own insurance.

You will hold proof of your primary coaching or clinical certification before you are matched with clients. You will maintain active professional-liability (errors & omissions) insurance that covers online and virtual coaching and clients located in the United States; a policy issued outside the U.S. must state that it covers U.S. clients. Rose Co. recommends limits of at least $1,000,000 per claim. You will upload a certificate of insurance before you are accepted (coaches applying from January 1, 2027 submit it with their application; coaches already with Rose Co. must upload it by December 1, 2026), keep it current, and tell us within 7 days if your coverage lapses or changes. Rose Co. carries platform insurance; it does not extend to your individual practice.

v.

You'll tell us when you can't hold someone.

Burnout, grief, life events, illness — they happen. The right call is to pause new clients and let the Rose Co. care team rebalance your roster. We'd rather hold you for a season than lose you to overload.

Section 07 · Endings

How we end, well.

Endings are part of the work. A clean ending is one of the most caring things a coach can offer.

Closing a season. When a client's season of work is complete, schedule a closing session: name what's changed, name what's still moving, hand her the workbook, name what she'd want to come back for.

Pausing or referring. If coaching is no longer the right fit — for scope, for chemistry, for capacity — say so directly, route her to the Rose Co. care team for re-matching or referral, and offer a gentle final session if she'd like one.

Leaving Rose Co. If you decide to leave the platform, you commit to a 60-day handover window: no new clients, gentle close-out of active engagements, and a respectful handoff so no woman is dropped mid-season. You may not solicit Rose Co. clients off-platform during or after your tenure.

Section 08 · Acknowledgements & Fine Print

The legal floor.

Read carefully before signing

Coaching is not therapy or medical care. The services you provide on Rose Co. are coaching services for educational and personal-development purposes. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, dietetic care, legal advice, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for any of the above.

Independent contractor. You are an independent contractor providing services through the Rose Co. platform, not an employee, agent, or partner of Rose Co. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, licensing, and compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of your clients.

Mandatory reporting. You will comply with mandatory-reporting laws applicable to you (e.g. suspected abuse of a minor or vulnerable adult). Where you have a legal duty to report, you will do so and notify the Rose Co. care team.

Indemnification. You will indemnify and hold harmless Rose Co. from claims arising out of your acts or omissions outside this Code, outside scope of practice, or in breach of platform terms.

Term & termination. This Code is in effect for the duration of your tenure with Rose Co. Material breach — including breach of confidentiality, scope, dual-relationships, or safeguarding obligations — may result in immediate removal from the platform and reporting to relevant licensing bodies where applicable.

Governing law. This Code is governed by the laws of the State in which Rose Co. is incorporated; coach-client services are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which the client receives the service.

This document will be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated annually. The plain-English voice will be preserved.
