We pair members with one lead coach per pillar. Tell us where you sit on the four-pillar map — and what you'll actively decline.
Rose Co. offers two main paths for clients: the Rose Membership (ongoing 1:1 coaching, Monthly or Twice Monthly) and the 12-Week Reset (a structured 12-week program). Clients are typically matched to one primary pillar based on what they need most, and paired with a coach who specializes in that pillar.
