This agreement covers your free Founding Circle coaching with Rose Co. Coaching. Checking the box on the Founding Circle application means you have read it and agree to it.
The Founding Circle is Rose Co. Coaching's free pilot program, run before the company's official launch on January 1, 2027. During the pilot, Rose Co. Coaching is operated by Natalee Kunitomo. "Rose Co.," "we" and "us" in this agreement mean that program; "you" means the Founding Circle member.
As a Founding Circle member, you receive:
It is completely free. We will not ask for a card or any payment during the pilot, and your participation will never turn into a paid plan automatically.
Sessions run in two waves: Wave 1 from October 12 to November 15, 2026, and Wave 2 from November 16 to December 15, 2026. Your acceptance email will confirm your wave.
Your coach is a certified coach who works with Rose Co. as an independent professional, not as our employee. If your match isn't working, tell us and we will do our best to rematch you. We may also reassign you if your coach becomes unavailable.
Coaching is a partnership focused on your goals, choices and next steps. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical or mental health treatment, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition. Your coach does not give legal, financial or medical advice.
You are responsible for your own decisions and their results. If you are receiving therapy or medical care, coaching is not a substitute for it, and we encourage you to keep that care in place.

Confidentiality: Your coach keeps what you share in sessions confidential. The exceptions are when we believe you or someone else is at risk of serious harm, when we suspect abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or when the law or a court requires disclosure.
Transcription: Sessions take place on the video platform inside your client portal and may be transcribed into text. Transcripts help your coach prepare session summaries, and your coach reviews every summary before anything is shared with you. If you would prefer your sessions not be transcribed, tell your coach and we will turn it off.
Rose AI: Your portal includes Rose AI, an AI tool for reflection between sessions. It is not your coach, a therapist or a crisis service, and it can make mistakes. Please don't rely on it in an emergency.
We collect the information you give us in your application, quiz, sessions, surveys and portal. We use it to run the Founding Circle, match you with a coach, support your coaching and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing info@rosecocoaching.com.
The Founding Circle is free because your feedback helps shape Rose Co. In return, you agree to:
A short video testimonial is optional and only if you said yes on your application.
You give Rose Co. permission to use your written testimonial, and your video testimonial if you chose to give one, on our website, social media, emails and marketing materials.
When paid enrollment opens in January 2027, you will be offered a Founding Member rate before it is offered to anyone else. You are under no obligation to enroll, and nothing is charged unless you choose to sign up and pay at that time.
You can leave the Founding Circle at any time by telling your coach or emailing info@rosecocoaching.com. Just let us know; you don't need to give a reason.
We may end your participation if you behave abusively toward your coach or other members, or if coaching is no longer appropriate for what you need. If that happens, we'll tell you and, where it helps, point you to other support.
The Founding Circle is provided free of charge and as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Rose Co., Natalee Kunitomo and your coach are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make or actions you take based on coaching or Rose AI. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or anything else that cannot be limited under California law.
Rose Co. Coaching is being formed as a California limited liability company, effective January 1, 2027. You agree that this agreement, including your testimonial permissions, will transfer to Rose Co. Coaching LLC when it is formed. Your rights under this agreement do not change.
By checking "I agree to the Pilot Coaching Agreement" on the Founding Circle application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you have read, understood and agree to this agreement.
