Founder & CEO | Life Coach
I was 22 when the bloating, weight gain, and fatigue started. I brushed it off as another busy season — stress, normal twenty-something burnout. I had a degree in sociology and dance, and somehow I'd landed in corporate finance, closing deals with banks and Fortune 500 companies, trying to prove I belonged in rooms I never imagined myself in. The twenties were supposed to be the fun chaos. But thirty came with a different memo: have the career, the husband, the house, the baby, the body, all of it, all at once, and I chased perfection in every area.
From the outside, my life looked like the dream. But behind the scenes, I was running on fumes — constant bloating, acne I couldn't explain, exhaustion that didn't budge even after nine hours of sleep. It wasn't until I was diagnosed with an autoimmune condition called Hashimoto's that I finally connected the dots: the chronic inflammation, the brain fog at work, the anxiety that showed up at every major transition in my life. It bled into everything and everyone around me, including the relationship I had with myself. And the worst part — I thought I was the only one.
So I started seeing a life coach, and not long after, a health coach too, someone to help hold me accountable with my diet and heal my body from the inside out. That was over 4 years ago, and between the two of them, everything changed — not just how I managed stress, but how I saw myself outside of my job title, my to-do list, and everyone else's expectations.
Turns out, I wasn't the only one struggling. So many women in corporate are doing the exact same thing — smiling through the chaos, checking every box, and wondering why it still doesn't feel like enough. That's the moment Rose Co. Coaching was born.
Now, as Founder and CEO — and currently working toward my ICF certification — I help women in transition build a life that actually fits who they're becoming, not who they think they're supposed to be. Through the four pillars (Relationships, Body, Career, Identity), I help women stop spinning their wheels through "having it all" and start feeling like they actually have it.
If that sounds like you, welcome. You're in the right place.
