Agreement
This agreement outlines what to expect from your coaching engagement with Rose Co., including how sessions work, our cancellation and refund policies, and how we protect what you share with your coach. Please read it fully before signing.

What follows isn't the fun part — but it's how we keep this honest. It says what we owe you, what we ask of you, and what happens if life gets in the way. Read it slowly. Ask anything before you sign.

What coaching is (and isn't).
Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Your Rose Co. coach does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are in crisis, call or text 988.
Your coach will Yes
- Hold space for clarity, identity, transition, and life-design questions
- Help you set and review goals, habits, and non-negotiables
- Offer movement assignments from the Rose Co. library
- Offer general nourishment frameworks and food-mood reflection
- Reflect what they observe in your journals, logs, and conversation
- Refer you to licensed care when that's what you need
Your coach won't No
- Diagnose or treat mental-health or medical conditions
- Provide psychotherapy or any clinical modality
- Prescribe or advise on medication, supplements, or hormones
- Write medical or pregnancy meal plans
- Provide legal, tax, or regulated financial advice
- Replace your doctor, therapist, or any licensed provider
How the work runs.
Sessions are 60 minutes, by video.
You'll book through your Rose Co. portal. Your coach will have read your latest journal entries and logs before you arrive. Sessions start and end on time — if you're late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
Between sessions, you have the platform.
Habit tracking, your movement and nourishment plans, journaling, and Rose — your AI companion. What you share with Rose may be summarised for your coach so they arrive prepared. You can turn that off in your privacy settings at any time.
Messaging is not a crisis line.
Your coach responds to portal messages within two business days. They are not available for urgent or after-hours support. If something urgent comes up, use the crisis resources in Section 01.
You can change coaches.
Fit matters more than politeness. If your coach isn't right for you, tell the Rose Co. care team and we'll re-match you at no cost. Remaining sessions carry over.
If you can't make it.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are considered used. They cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancel or reschedule from your portal any time up to 24 hours before your session and there's no penalty — pick a new time and carry on.
If your coach cancels for any reason, that session is returned to you in full and rescheduled at your convenience.
Genuine emergencies happen. If something serious keeps you from a session, write to the care team and we'll look at it individually.
Money, in plain numbers.
By booking, you authorize Rose Co. to charge your payment method on file for your selected package, including any scheduled installment payments.
Cancel any time.
No refunds are issued for the current or any already-paid billing period. Cancel any time from your portal before your next billing date to stop future charges — you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Your plan includes 1 session per billing month ($149/mo); unused sessions don't carry over to the next month.
Failed payments. If an installment fails, we'll retry and email you. Access pauses after 7 days unpaid and resumes as soon as the balance clears.
All billing runs through Rose Co. Your coach will never ask you to pay them directly, off-platform. If that ever happens, tell us.
What you share stays yours.
What you share with your coach stays between you and your coach, except where required by law or where there is risk of harm to yourself or someone else.
Your records belong to you. Journal entries, symptom logs, photos, and voice notes are yours. Your coach accesses them only inside Rose Co. systems and only to support your work. They are never exported, screenshotted, or shared.
We never use your story without asking. No name, image, voice, or story appears in Rose Co. or coach marketing without your explicit written consent — which you can withdraw at any time.
Export or delete, any time. Request a full copy of your data, or its deletion, from your portal. Records are otherwise retained for 7 years after your engagement ends and then deleted.
What we ask of you.
Not rules — the conditions under which this actually works.
Show up honestly.
Your coach can only work with what you tell them. Half a story gets half a result.
Tell us what's relevant to your safety.
If you're under the care of a therapist, physician, or psychiatrist, or you're managing a diagnosed condition, let your coach know so they can stay in scope and coordinate rather than collide.
Your decisions stay yours.
Coaching gives you structure and reflection. What you do with it — career moves, relationships, health choices — is your own decision and your own responsibility.
You're 18 or over.
Rose Co. coaching is for adults. We don't work with minors, or with anyone attending under coercion or court order.
What we can and can't promise.
Rose Co. guarantees a matched coach, real structure, and real support. We can't guarantee specific outcomes — what you do with your sessions is yours.
Read carefully before signing
Coaching is not therapy or medical care. Services provided through Rose Co. are coaching services for educational and personal-development purposes. They are not psychotherapy, counselling, medical care, dietetic care, legal advice, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for any of the above.
No guaranteed outcome. Results depend on your circumstances, participation, and choices. No statement made by Rose Co. or your coach constitutes a guarantee of any specific result.
Assumption of responsibility. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions during and after the engagement, including any physical activity or dietary changes you undertake. Consult your physician before beginning any new movement or nutrition practice.
Coaches are independent contractors. Rose Co. coaches provide services through the platform as independent contractors. Rose Co. vets, trains, and holds coaches to the Code of Care, but does not supervise clinical practice.
Term & termination. This agreement is in effect for the duration of your engagement. Rose Co. may end an engagement where continuing would fall outside coaching scope, or in the case of abusive conduct toward a coach or staff member; unused sessions are refunded on the prorated basis in Section 04.
Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State in which Rose Co. is incorporated. Services are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which you receive them.
This document will be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated annually. The plain-English voice will be preserved.
